Starting from 23 January 2017, the Ministry of Higher and Secondary Special Education, in collaboration with a number of concerned departments in all higher educational establishments among faculty and students, carry out preventive measures aimed at overcoming the negative effects of religious extremism and terrorism.
These preventive measures were taken at the National University of Uzbekistan, Tashkent University of Uzbek language and literature, the Uzbek State World Languages University, Tashkent State University of Law, Tashkent State Economic University, Tashkent State Technical University, Tashkent Financial Institute and the Tashkent Institute of Textile and Light Industry.
At these events, experts give detailed information about the threat of religious extremism, terrorism, and the nature of the forms of missionary methods of
influence on young people to provide universal values of peace. - Students who gave questions to the experts have received satisfactory answers.
